Kevin is an Oxford resident, where he resides with his 11 year old son, Jackson, and his dog, Remi. Kevin enjoys playing at Oxford Pickleball during his free time as well as competing in tournaments. He has volunteered his time as a coach for his son’s baseball and flag football teams over the past 6 years. He enjoys skiing in the winter and playing on an amateur baseball team in the warmer months and vacating in Disney every year. He is interested in developing our junior program to introduce more kids to pickleball, which is the fastest growing sport in the US! Keep an eye out for the next fun filled junior program to start in the near future. Kevin earned his pre-veterinary degree from the University of Vermont and earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Quinnipiac University. Dr. Sharon Eisen picked up her first pickleball paddle in 2015 and hasn’t put it down since. In that time she has played in local, national and international tournaments winning several gold medals as well as silver and bronze.
In early 2018 she became certified to teach pickleball and is presently teaching in her hometown of Brookfield, CT. She will be bringing her knowledge of the game to Oxford, CT and will be available for instruction for most levels of play.
She loves teaching this wonderful sport so that others can enjoy it as much as she does. She loves to travel and plans on attending tournaments all around the world if possible.
In her spare time she practices veterinary medicine at her clinic in Brookfield which she opened almost 30 years ago. Dr. Eisen also has a good sense of humor and loves a good laugh.
David Sirois is a certified elementary school teacher, tennis coach, and professional theatre artist. He was his high school Tennis team’s #1 seed, Team Captain and won the Sportsmanship and MVP award. His first experience playing Pickleball was way back in 1992 in 8th grade, and he won his P.E. teacher’s school-wide tournament. It wasn’t until many years later when his father re-introduced him to the sport in 2016 did he fall in love with Pickleball. Since then he’s played non-stop recreationally and in tournaments. Currently, he is the Head Coach for the Girl’s Varsity Tennis Team at Chase Collegiate. David resides in Wolcott, but considers Oxford Pickleball his home away from home.
